
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is received faulty (DOA), damaged or you receive the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs.

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. The Gamesmen can provide a refund to the original payment method or provide a gift voucher or credit note which can be redeemed on any future in-store purchases. We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches which can provide solutions to most common problems.
